Q: How can customers pay?

A: For now customers can pay using Paypal in check out and we are working on getting a credit card processor added to checkout in the near future.

Q: How do auctions work on xxxmarketplace.net?

A: Customers who win auctions will have 3 days to pay for their items. If they fail to pay in this time period the item will go to the next highest bidder. If there are no other bids on the item it will be relisted.

In order to prevent bid sniping where people wait until the last few seconds of an auction to bid up the price sellers have the option to enable popcorn bidding where you can set the auction time to extend if bids are placed at the very end. For example a seller can set the auction to extend by 1 more minute if a bid is placed in the last minute of the auction. 

If a customer repeatedly fails to pay for auctioned items they will be banned by admin from the website.

Q: How can I return or get refunded for my purchase?

A: Every seller sets their own return and refund policies on XXX Marketplace, so please make sure to refer to their policies and get in contact with the seller directly to start a return/refund if they allow them.
