It is in good condition. There is some wear. There is some slight wear on the front cover and the back cover. The bottom front page corner right side has a crease and some of the pages on that edge have creases and one page the corner is torn. The back cover has a tear on the edge of the page. The centerfold is there. The centerfold does have some creases.
